At DroneKare, we strive to provide the highest quality agricultural drone services. If you believe our services did not meet the agreed standards or you have other concerns, please follow our claims process outlined below.

Eligible Claims

Claims may be submitted for the following reasons:

  • Scheduled drone service not performed without proper notification
  • Significant discrepancies between the service description and the actual service provided
  • Technical issues with data reports or USSD service access
  • Billing discrepancies or unauthorized charges
  • Data privacy concerns or unauthorized data sharing

How to Submit a Claim

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Initially, please contact our customer support team to resolve the issue directly. Many concerns can be addressed promptly without a formal claim.

Step 2: Submit a Formal Claim

If your concern cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal claim using our online form or by visiting one of our offices.

Please include the following information:

  • Your account information and contact details
  • Date and details of the service in question
  • Description of the issue or concern
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence
  • Your preferred resolution

Step 3: Claim Review

Our claims team will review your submission within 7 business days. We may contact you for additional information during this process.

Step 4: Resolution

Once we've completed our review, we'll provide a written response with our decision and any proposed resolution. Resolutions may include:

  • Service credits or refunds
  • Complimentary additional services
  • Corrective actions for identified issues
  • Other appropriate remedies based on the specific situation

Claim Timeframe

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the service date or the date when the issue was discovered. Claims submitted after this period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
