3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1. Service bookings must be made through our official channels (website, USSD service, or authorized representatives).

3.2. Scheduled drone services are subject to weather conditions and regulatory approvals. DroneKare reserves the right to reschedule services due to unfavorable conditions.

3.3. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment for services must be made according to the agreed terms at the time of booking.

4.2. Prices are subject to change. Current pricing will be provided at the time of booking.

4.3. Subscription services will be billed according to the terms of the specific subscription plan.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

5.1. By using our services, you consent to the collection of data from your agricultural land.

5.2. DroneKare will use collected data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services and improving our service quality.

5.3. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research and development purposes.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1. DroneKare provides agricultural monitoring and advisory services. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific crop outcomes or results.

6.2. Our recommendations are based on collected data and agricultural best practices but should be used in conjunction with proper agricultural expertise.

6.3. DroneKare shall not be liable for any crop losses, reduced yields, or other agricultural outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All data, reports, and analyses provided by DroneKare remain the intellectual property of DroneKare.

7.2. Clients receive a license to use the provided reports and recommendations for their agricultural operations.

7.3. Redistribution, reselling, or commercial use of our reports without permission is prohibited.

8. Termination

DroneKare reserves the right to terminate services to any client who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any illegal or harmful activities.

9. Changes to Terms

DroneKare may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
